But after talking with her team members, that stress disappeared and we were able to focus on the fun parts of looking for a home. I had a great experience with Samantha and her team. I had played around with selling my townhouse to one of those online buyers that lowball offers, but Samantha came in and made a few suggestions to easily make the townhouse more presentable and increase the potential value. Within a day or two of listing the townhouse, her team hosted an open house and we got several offers over the asking price, as she predicted.
